THE ART
The sun is the star here — an ornate spiral disc, ringed with curling rays, drawn the way a child would wish the sun looked. Below it, the land rolls in bands of rose, gold, violet and green. A blue river threads the valley and slips under a low wooden bridge. Ducks drift on the water. Daisies, zinnias and wildflowers press right up to the edge of the frame. Every inch carries color. There is no quiet corner — and that is the point.
